| Chaudhry Muhammad Arshad son of Chaudhry Sardar Ali (late) was born on November 1, 1959 at Gujrat. He graduated in 1993 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. A businessman, who served as Naib Tehsildar from 1989 to 1999. He has been elected un-opposed as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in 2003 against the seat fell vacant due to the death of his brother Ch Muhammad Farooq on 29-12-2002, and is serving as Chairman, Standing Committee on Communications and Works since August 21, 2003. His brother served as Member Punjab Assembly during 1988-90, 1990-93, 1993-97 and 2002; and also functioned as Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs during 1993-97. | |||||||||
