Personal Career & Interests

Ch Aamir Sultan Cheema son of Ch Anwar Ali Cheema was born on May 1, 1962 at Sargodha. He graduated in 1986 from Government College, Sargodha. An agriculturist and a businessman, who remained Member Punjab Assembly during 1988-90, 1990-93 and 1997-99. He has also functioned as Minister for Livestock and Dairy Development. He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab for the fourth term in General Elections 2002, and is funcitioning as Minister for Irrigation since January 4, 2003. He belongs to a famous political family. His father has successively been elected as Member National Assembly since 1985 and his wife Mrs Tanzeela Aamir Cheema is sitting MNA.
