Mian Saif Ullah Owaisi son of Mian Muhammad Qasim Owaisi (late) was born on September 12, 1955. He obtained the degree of M.A. (Political Science) in 1986 from Karachi University. An agriculturist, who has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002. His father was Member Provincial Assembly of West Pakistan during 1956-58; his brother, Mian Shahab-ud-Din Owaisi was Member, Punjab Assembly during 1985-88, 1988-90, 1990-93 and 1993-96; and his brother Mian Najeeb-ud-Din Owaisi was Member, Punjab Assembly during 1997-99.
