Ch Ansir Iqbal Baryar son of Ch Inayat Muhammad was born on May 10, 1972 at Sialkot. He obtained the degree of M.A. (Development Journalism) in 2000 and Post Graduate Diploma in Development Support Commission in 1996 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. He is engaged in import and export of sports goods. He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002, and is serving as Chairman, Standing Committee on Literacy & Non-formal Basic Education since September 3, 2003.
