2. SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR 2013-2014
MINISTER FOR FINANCE to present the Supplementary Budget Statement for the year 2013-2014.
(b) INTRODUCTION OF BILL
3. THE PUNJAB FINANCE BILL 2014
MINISTER FOR FINANCE to introduce the Punjab Finance Bill 2014.
(c) LAYING OF AMENDMENTS AND THE RULES
4. AMENDMENTS IN THE SECOND SCHEDULE UNDER SECTION 5(3) OF THE PUNJAB SALES TAX ON SERVICES ACT, 2012 AND THE RULES MADE UNDER SECTION 76(2) OF THE ACT IBID
MINISTER FOR FINANCE to lay the Notifications relating to the amendments in the Second Schedule of the Punjab Sales Tax on Services Act 2012 and the Rules made under the Act ibid.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Panel of Chairmen:-
Under Rule 13(1) of Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, Rai Mumtaz Hussain Babar, Senior Secretary Assembly, announced the Panel of Chairmen in the following order:
1. Ch. Yasien Sohl (PP-156)
2. Engineer Qamar ul Islam Raja (PP-5)
3. Mrs. Saba Sadiq (W-306)
4. Mr. Muhammad Sibtain Khan (PP-46)
Oath:-
The following members-elect made an Oath as member of the Punjab Assembly and signed the Roll of Members. Mr. Speaker Administered the Oath:-

2. Lt. Col (Retd) Shujat Ahmed Khan (PP-136)
Condolence:-
The House observed one minute silence for the departed soul of father of Mr. Khalil Tahir Sindhu, Minister for Human Rights, Minorities Affairs.
GOVERNMENT BUSINESS:-
ANNUAL BUDGET STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR 2014-15:-
Mian Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman, Minister for Finance delivered his budget speech admist Opposition protest and uproar and presented the Annual Budget Statement for the Year 2014-15 with total fiscal outlay of about Rs.1033 billion.
SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR 2013-2014:-
The Minister for Finance also presented the Supplementary Budget Statement for the year 2013-14.
THE PUNJAB FINANCE BILL 2014
The Minister for Finance introduced the Punjab Finance Bill, 2014.
LAYING OF AMENDMENTS AND THE RULES:-
Minister for Finance laid the Notifications relating to the amendments in the Second Schedule of the Punjab Sales Tax on Services Act 2012 and the Rules made under the Act ibid.
The House was then adjourned till 16 June, 2014 at 03:00 pm to initiate general discussion on the Annual Budget for the year 2014-15.
