2. THE PUNJAB REVENUE AUTHORITY (SECOND AMENDMENT) BILL 2016
A MINISTER to introduce the Punjab Revenue Authority (Second Amendment) Bill 2016.

THE PUNJAB LOCAL GOVERNMENT (FOURTH AMENDMENT) BILL 2016 (BILL No. 21 of 2016)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Local Government (Fourth Amendment) Bill 2016, as recommended by Standing Committee on Local Government and Community Development, be taken into consideration at once.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Privilege Motion
The Privilege Motion moved by Mr. Jamil Hassan Khan regarding non-responsive attitude of Secretary Agriculture with the Member concerned as he had to wait for two hours to see the Secretary was referred to the Committee on Privileges with the direction to submit its report within two months.
Government Business
Dr. Aisha Ghaus Pasha, Minster for Finance moved “THE PUNJAB FINANCE BILL 2016 (Bill No. 25 of 2016)”, which was later passed as amended by the House.
Minister for Finance laid before the House “THE SCHEDULE OF AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURE FOR THE YEAR 2016-2017”.
Laying of Ordinance
Rana Sana Ullah Khan, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs laid before the House “THE PUNJAB CIVIL COURTS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2016”, which was referred to the Standing Committee on Home Affairs with the direction to submit its report within two months.
Introduction of Bills
Rana Sana Ullah Khan, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs introduced the following Bills which were referred to the concerned Standing Committees with the direction to submit its reports within two month:
1. THE PUNJAB BLOOD TRANSFUSION SAFETY BILL 2016; and
2. THE PUNJAB REVENUE AUTHORITY (SECOND AMENDMENT) BILL 2016,
Consideration and Passage of Bill
Rana Sana Ullah Khan, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs moved the THE PUNJAB LOCAL GOVERNMENT (FOURTH AMENDMENT) BILL 2016 (BILL No. 21 of 2016), which was passed by the House.
The House was then adjourned to meet on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.
