In terms of Rule 13(1) of Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1997, Mr. Inayat Ullah Lak, Director General (Parliamentary Affairs & Research) announced the Panel of Chairmen as nominated by the Speaker in the following order:-
1. Mian Shafi Muhammad (PP-258)
2. Mr. Muhammad Abdullah Warraich (PP-29)
3. Mr. Nawab Zada Waseem Khan Badozai (PP-213)
4. Ms. Zakia Khan (W-331)
The House offered Fateha for the martyrs of Pakistan Army.
Questions relating to Higher Education Department were asked and Mr. Muhammad Sabtain Raza, Parliamentary Secretary for Higher Education answered the questions.
Call Attention Notices
Two Call Attention Notices of Mr Muhammad Moavia and Ms Aneeza Fatima were on the agenda and the same were disposed of as the movers were not present.
The Adjournment Motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Safdar Shakir regarding repair of waste water drainage located at Mamu Kanjan, Municipal Committee coming from Faisalabad and full of industrial waste harmful for the residents of the area, was kept pending.
Laying of Ordinances
Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary laid the following Ordinances before the House which were referred to the concerned Standing Committees with the direction to submit its reports within two months.

Introduction of Bill
Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary introduced “THE FORT MONROE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) BILL 2019”, before the House, which was referred to the Standing Committee on Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering with the direction to submit its report within two months.
General discussion on Price Control
General discussion on Price Control was initiated by Mr. Muhammad Waris Shad. During his speech, the quorum was pointed out at 14:24 p.m. After ringing bells for five minutes, the Chair adjourned the House for ten minutes. On resumption the House was still inquorate and the Chair prorogued the House at 14:49 p.m.
