1.   THE COMPANIES PROFITS (WORKERS’ PARTICIPATION) (AMENDMENT) BILL 2020 (BILL NO. 39 OF 2020)

 

            A MINISTER to move that the requirements of Rule 96 and all other relevant rules of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be dispensed with under Rule 234 of the said rules, for immediate consideration of the Companies Profits (Workers’ Participation) (Amendment) Bill 2020 as recommended by Special Committee No.9.

 

            A MINISTER to move that the Companies Profits (Workers’ Participation) (Amendment) Bill 2020, as recommended by Special Committee No.9, be taken into consideration at once.

 

            A MINISTER to move that the Companies Profits (Workers’ Participation) (Amendment) Bill 2020, be passed.

 

2.   THE PUNJAB OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS COMMISSION BILL 2020 (BILL NO. 40 OF 2020)

 

            A MINISTER to move that the requirements of Rule 96 and all other relevant rules of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be dispensed with under Rule 234 of the said rules, for immediate consideration of the Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission Bill 2020 as recommended by Special Committee No.9.

 

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission Bill 2020, as recommended by Special Committee No.9, be taken into consideration at once.

 

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission Bill 2020, be passed.

 

3.   THE PUNJAB APPRENTICESHIP BILL 2021 (BILL NO. 22 OF 2021)

 

            A MINISTER to move that the requirements of Rule 96 and all other relevant rules of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be dispensed with under Rule 234 of the said rules, for immediate consideration of the Punjab Apprenticeship Bill 2021 as recommended by Special Committee No.9.

 

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Apprenticeship Bill 2021, as recommended by Special Committee No.9, be taken into consideration at once.

 

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Apprenticeship Bill 2021, be passed.

 

4.   THE SUGAR FACTORIES (CONTROL) (AMENDMENT) BILL 2021 (BILL NO. 42 OF 2021)

 

            A MINISTER to move that the requirements of Rule 96 and all other relevant rules of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be dispensed with under Rule 234 of the said rules, for immediate consideration of the Sugar Factories (Control) (Amendment) Bill 2021 as recommended by Special Committee No.9.

 

            A MINISTER to move that the Sugar Factories (Control) (Amendment) Bill 2021, as recommended by Special Committee No.9, be taken into consideration at once.

 

            A MINISTER to move that the Sugar Factories (Control) (Amendment) Bill 2021, be passed.

 

5.   THE PUNJAB EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (RECONSTITUTION) BILL 2021 (BILL NO. 28 OF 2021)

 

            A MINISTER to move that the requirements of Rule 95 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be dispensed with under Rule 234 of the said rules, for immediate consideration of the Punjab Educational Institutions (Reconstitution) Bill 2021.

 

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Educational Institutions (Reconstitution) Bill 2021, as recommended by Standing Committee on Higher Education, be taken into consideration at once.

 

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Educational Institutions (Reconstitution) Bill 2021, be passed.

 

6.   THE UNIVERSITY OF CHILD HEALTH SCIENCES, LAHORE BILL 2021 (BILL NO. 27 OF 2021)

 

            A MINISTER to move that the University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore Bill 2021, as recommended by Standing Committee on Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education, be taken into consideration at once.

 

            A MINISTER to move that the University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore Bill 2021, be passed.

Suspension of Rules, Consideration and Passage of Bills

On separate Motions moved by Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs, the House granted leave that the requirements of Rule 96 and all other relevant rules of the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, may be dispensed with under Rule 234 of the said rules, for immediate consideration of the following Bills, as recommended by Special Committee No.9, which were later passed by the House:

1.   The Companies Profits (Workers’ Participation) (Amendment) Bill 2020 (Bill No. 39 of 2020)

On a Motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs, that The University Of Child Health Sciences, Lahore Bill 2021 (Bill No. 27 of 2021), be taken into consideration at once, as recommended by Standing Committee on Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education, which was later passed by the House.
