A MEMBER to move a motion that the requirements of rule 127(2) read with rule 234 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1997 may be dispense with to move the Resolution.
(a) MOTION UNDER RULE 127 OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB 1997
A MEMBER to move that leave be granted to move Resolution under Article 128(2)(a) of the Constitution for disapproval of the Punjab Laws Repealing and Removal of Difficulties Ordinance 2022 (X of 2022);
(b) RESOLUTION UNDER ARTICLE 128(2)(a) OF THE CONSTITUTION
RESOLUTION FOR DISAPPROVAL OF THE PUNJAB LAWS REPEALING AND REMOVAL OF DIFFICULTIES ORDINANCE 2022 (X OF 2022)
A MEMBER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab disapprove the Punjab Laws Repealing and Removal of Difficulties Ordinance 2022 (X of 2022).
