Consequent upon the advice of the Chief Minister, Punjab to the Governor of the Punjab under clause (1) of Article 112 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab stands dissolved on 14 January 2023 at 2210 hours at the expiration of forty-eight hours after the Chief Minister has so advised.

THE PUNJAB PROTECTION OF WOMEN AGAINST VIOLENCE (AMENDMENT) BILL 2022 (BILL No. 17 of 2022)

A MINISTER to move that the message of the Governor in respect of the Punjab Protection of Women Against Violence (Amendment) Bill 2022, as passed by the Assembly on 26 October 2022, be taken into consideration at once.

A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Protection of Women Against Violence (Amendment) Bill 2022, as originally passed by the Assembly and returned by the Governor under Article 116(2)(b) of the Constitution, be reconsidered by the Assembly in the light of the message of the Governor.

A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Protection of Women Against Violence (Amendment) Bill 2022, as originally passed by the Assembly, be passed again.
