1. ANNUAL REPORT OF OMBUDSMAN PUNJAB FOR THE YEAR 2010
A MINISTER to lay the Annual Report of Ombudsman Punjab for the year 2010.
2. THE BANK OF PUNJAB (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2011 (II OF 2011)
A MINISTER to lay the Bank of Punjab (Amendment) Ordinance 2011.
3. THE PUNJAB GOVERNMENT SERVANTS HOUSING FOUNDATION (AMENDMENT) BILL 2011 (Bill No. 54 of 2011)
A MINISTER to introduce the Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (Amendment) Bill 2011.
4. THE PROVINCIAL INSOLVENCY (AMENDMENT) BILL 2011 (BILL No.21 of 2011)
RESUMPTION OF CLAUSE-BY-CLAUSE consideration (from Clause 6) of the Provincial Insolvency (Amendment) Bill 2011.
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Insolvency (Amendment) Bill 2011 be passed.
5. THE PUNJAB CONFERMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS ON OCCUPANCY TENANTS AND MUQARRARIDARS BILL 2011 (Bill No.11 of 2011)
A MINISTER to move that a special order be made under rule 225(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, for continuance of the Punjab Conferment of Proprietary Rights on Occupancy Tenants and Muqarraridars Bill 2011.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Conferment of Proprietary Rights on Occupancy Tenants and Muqarraridars Bill 2011, as recommended by Standing Committee on Revenue, Relief and Consolidation, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Conferment of Proprietary Rights on Occupancy Tenants and Muqarraridars Bill 2011 be passed.
6. THE HINDU INHERITANCE (REMOVAL OF DISABILITIES) (AMENDMENT) BILL 2011 (Bill No. 23 of 2011)
A MINISTER to move that a special order be made under rule 225(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, for continuance of the Hindu Inheritance (Removal of Disabilities) (Amendment) Bill 2011.
A MINISTER to move that the Hindu Inheritance (Removal of Disabilities) (Amendment) Bill 2011, as recommended by Standing Committee on Revenue, Relief and Consolidation, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Hindu Inheritance (Removal of Disabilities) (Amendment) Bill 2011 be passed.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Question Hour: −
Questions relating to Home Department were asked and answered by Rana Sanaullah Khan Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs (holding additional charge).
Adjournment Motions:-
Five Adjournment motions were taken up. Three motions were moved by Shaikh Allaud Din, one regarding illegal possession of lands around Dingys and water courses in Punjab in connivance of Revenue staff, thus narrowing down their spaciousness, the second motion regarding construction of illegal shops and encroachments on the land possessed by Railway Department thus disturbing smooth running of traffic in Lahore and the last motion regarding non payment of pension to the retired employees of Market Committees at Okara District were kept pending till next week, the motion moved by Mrs. Samina Khawar Hayat regarding depriving Professors and Non-teaching staff of six Colleges in Lahore of their salaries on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, the motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Mohsin Khan Leghari regarding protest rallies of College Teachers of Punjab against discrimination being done to them were disposed off.
The Motions were answered by Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs.
The House was then adjourned till 3:00pm on Monday, December, 19, 2011.
