             THE PUNJAB FERTILIZERS BILL 2018

             A MINISTER to introduce the Punjab Fertilizers Bill 2018.

 (B)  INTRODUCTION, CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF BILLS

 1.         THE DRUGS (PUNJAB AMENDMENT) BILL 2018

             A MINISTER to introduce the Drugs (Punjab Amendment) Bill 2018.

             A MINISTER to move that the requirements of rules 94 and 95 and all other relevant rules of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be suspended under rule 234 of the said Rules, for immediate consideration of the Drugs (Punjab Amendment) Bill 2018.

             A MINISTER to move that the Drugs (Punjab Amendment) Bill 2018, be taken into consideration at once.

             A MINISTER to move that the Drugs (Punjab Amendment) Bill 2018, be passed.

 2.         THE PUNJAB LEGAL AID BILL 2018

             A MINISTER to introduce the Punjab Legal Aid Bill 2018.

             A MINISTER to move that the requirements of rules 94 and 95 and all other relevant rules of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be suspended under rule 234 of the said Rules, for immediate consideration of the Punjab Legal Aid Bill 2018.

             A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Legal Aid Bill 2018, be taken into consideration at once.

             A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Legal Aid Bill 2018, be passed.

 3.         THE PUNJAB CRIMINAL PROSECUTION SERVICE INSPECTORATE BILL 2018

             A MINISTER to introduce the Punjab Criminal Prosecution Service Inspectorate Bill 2018.

              A MINISTER to move that the requirements of rules 94 and 95 and all other relevant rules of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be suspended under rule 234 of the said Rules, for immediate consideration of the Punjab Criminal Prosecution Service Inspectorate Bill 2018.

             A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Criminal Prosecution Service Inspectorate Bill 2018, be taken into consideration at once.

             A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Witness Protection‎‎ Bill 2018, as recommended by Standing Committee on Home, be taken into consideration at once.

          A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Witness Protection‎‎ Bill 2018, be passed.

 2.         THE PUNJAB GOVERNMENT SERVANTS HOUSING FOUNDATION (AMENDMENT)‎ BILL 2018 (BILL No. 16 of 2018)

             A MINISTER to move that the requirements of Rule 95 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be dispensed with under Rule 234 of the said rules, for immediate consideration of the Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (Amendment)‎ Bill 2018.

           A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (Amendment)‎ Bill 2018, as recommended by Standing Committee on Service & General Administration, be taken into consideration at once.

                 A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (Amendment)‎ Bill 2018, be passed.

 3.         THE PUNJAB UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY RASUL BILL 2018 (BILL No. 22 of 2018)

             A MINISTER to move that the requirements of Rule 95 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be dispensed with under Rule 234 of the said rules, for immediate consideration of the Punjab University of Technology Rasul Bill 2018.

             A MINISTER to move that the Punjab University of Technology Rasul Bill 2018, as recommended by Standing Committee on Industries, Commerce and Investment, be taken into consideration at once.

             A MINISTER to move that the Punjab University of Technology Rasul Bill 2018, be passed.

 4.         THE PUNJAB BONDED LABOUR SYSTEM (ABOLITION) (AMENDMENT) BILL 2018 (BILL No. 19 of 2018)

             A MINISTER to move that the requirements of Rule 95 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be dispensed with under Rule 234 of the said rules, for immediate consideration of the Punjab Bonded Labour System (Abolition) (Amendment) Bill 2018.

             A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Bonded Labour System (Abolition) (Amendment) Bill 2018, as recommended by Standing Committee on Labour and Human Resource, be taken into consideration at once.

               A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Bonded Labour System (Abolition) (Amendment) Bill 2018, be passed.

 5.         THE EXPLOSIVE SUBSTANCES (PUNJAB AMENDMENT)‎ BILL 2018 (BILL No. 14 of 2018)

             A MINISTER to move that the Explosive Substances (Punjab Amendment)‎ Bill 2018, as recommended by Standing Committee on Home, be taken into consideration at once.

          A MINISTER to move that the Explosive Substances (Punjab Amendment)‎ Bill 2018, be passed.

 6.         THE REGISTRATION (PUNJAB AMENDMENT) BILL 2018 (BILL No. 12 of 2018)

             A MINISTER to move that the Registration (Punjab Amendment) Bill 2018, as recommended by Standing Committee on Revenue, Relief and Consolidation, be taken into consideration at once.

          A MINISTER to move that the Registration (Punjab Amendment) Bill 2018, be passed.

 7.         THE REGISTRATION (PUNJAB SECOND AMENDMENT) BILL 2018 (BILL NO. 17 of 2018)

             A MINISTER to move that the Registration (Punjab Second Amendment) Bill 2018, as recommended by Standing Committee on Revenue, Relief and Consolidation, be taken into consideration at once.

          A MINISTER to move that the Registration (Punjab Second Amendment) Bill 2018, be passed.

 8.         THE PUNJAB LAND REVENUE (AMENDMENT) BILL 2018 (BILL No. 11 of 2018)

             A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Land Revenue (Amendment) Bill 2018, as recommended by Standing Committee on Revenue, Relief and Consolidation, be taken into consideration at once.
