4. AMENDMENTS IN THE RULES UNDER SECTION 76 OF THE PUNJAB SALES TAX ON SERVICES ACT 2012
MINISTER FOR FINANCE to lay the amendments in the Rules under section 76 of the Punjab Sales Tax on Services Act 2012.

In terms of Rule 13(1) of The Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1997, Mr. Muhammad Khan Bhatti, Secretary Assembly announced the Panel of Chairmen as nominated by Mr. Speaker in the following order:-

Presentation of Budget
ANNUAL BUDGET STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR 2021-2022
Makhdoom Hashim Jawan Bakht, Minister for Finance, delivered his budget speech and presented the Annual Budget Statement for the year 2021-2022, amounting to Rs.26.53 trillion amidst Opposition protest and uproar in the House.
SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR 2020-2021
Makhdoom Hashim Jawan Bakht, Minister for Finance also presented the Supplementary Budget Statement for the year 2020-2021 amounting to Rs.2.48 trillion.
THE PUNJAB FINANCE BILL 2021
Makhdoom Hashim Jawan Bakht, Minister for Finance, introduced the Punjab Finance Bill, 2021.
Laying of Amendments
Makhdoom Hashim Jawan Bakht, Minister for Finance, laid amendments in the Rules under Section 76 of the Punjab Sales Tax on Services Act, 2012.
