to move that the message of the Governor in respect of the Multan University of Science and Technology Bill 2022, as passed by the Assembly on 13 September 2022, be taken into consideration at once.

to move that  the Multan University of Science and Technology Bill 2022, as originally passed by the Assembly and returned by the Governor under Article 116(2)(b) of the Constitution, be reconsidered by the Assembly in the light of the message of the Governor.
