RESOLUTION UNDER ARTICLE 144 OF THE CONSTITUTION
A MINISTER to move that leave be granted to move a Resolution under Article 144 of the Constitution.
A MINISTER to move the following resolution:
“Provincial Assembly of the Punjab resolves that the Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) may, by law, regulate matters relating to ‘Explosives’ in terms of Article 144 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.”

Mr Sohaib Ahmed Malik, Minister for Communication, Works & Law, moved a motion that the following Caucuses be established in the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab: 1. Parliamentary Caucus on Narcotics Control 2. Parliamentary Caucus on Child Rights 3. Parliamentary Caucus for Children with disabilities The Motion was unanimously adopted by the House. |
