RESOLUTION

Mr Sohaib Ahmed Malik (Minister for Communication, Works & Law) moved the resolution to authorize the Parliament to regulate, by law, matters relating to ‘Explosives’ in terms of Article 144 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The resolution was adopted by the House.

Mr Sohaib Ahmed Malik (Minister for Communication, Works & Law) introduced the following Bills which were referred to concerned Standing Committees:

1.      The Punjab Alternate Dispute Resolution (Amendment) Bill 2025

2.      The Punjab Prohibition of Kite Flying (Amendment) Bill 2025

Mr Sohaib Ahmed Malik, Minister for Communication, Works & Law, laid before the House the following audit reports which were referred to the concerned Public Accounts Committees to examine and report within one year:

Mr Sohaib Ahmed Malik, Minister for Communication, Works & Law, moved a motion that the following Caucuses be established in the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab:

1.      Parliamentary Caucus on Narcotics Control

2.      Parliamentary Caucus on Child Rights

3.      Parliamentary Caucus for Children with disabilities

The Motion was unanimously adopted by the House.
