RESOLUTION UNDER ARTICLE 144 OF THE CONSTITUTION
A MINISTER to move that leave be granted to move a Resolution under Article 144 of the Constitution.
A MINISTER to move the following resolution:
“Provincial Assembly of the Punjab resolves that the Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) may, by law, regulate matters relating to domestic arbitration in terms of Article 144 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of the Pakistan.”

A MINISTER to introduce the Defence Housing Authority Rawalpindi (Amendment) Bill 2025.
3. THE PUNJAB ESTABLISHMENT OF SPECIAL COURTS (OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS PROPERTY) BILL 2025
A MINISTER to introduce the Punjab Establishment of Special Courts (Overseas Pakistanis Property) Bill 2025.
RAISING MATTERS OF IMMEDIATE IMPORTANCE
Members to raise matters of immediate importance under Rule 113-A of the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997.

Mr Sohaib Ahmed Malik, Minister for Communication, Works & Law, moved a resolution under Article 144 of the Constitution that the Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) may, by law, regulate matters relating to domestic arbitration in terms of Article 144 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of the Pakistan. The House adopted the resolution. |

Mr Sohaib Ahmed Malik, Minister for Communication, Works & Law, introduced the following Bills: THE PUNJAB WATER AND SANITATION AUTHORITY BILL 2025 THE DEFENCE HOUSING AUTHORITY RAWALPINDI (AMENDMENT) BILL 2025 THE PUNJAB ESTABLISHMENT OF SPECIAL COURTS (OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS PROPERTY) BILL 2025 The Bills were referred to the concerned Standing Committees for report within two months. |
LAYING OF REPORTS

Mr Sohaib Ahmed Malik, Minister for Communication, Works & Law, laid before the House the report of Standing Committee on Law regarding the Punjab Alternate Dispute Resolution (Amendment) Bill 2025 (Bill No.1 of 2025). |
RAISING MATTERS OF IMMEDIATE IMPORTANCE

The Members raised matters of immediate importance under Rule 113-A. The Chair directed to send the extracts of proceedings to Minister for Parliamentary Affairs for onward transmission to the concerned departments for necessary action. |
