Makhdoom Syed Ali Raza Shah son of Makhdoom Syed Nasir Hussain Shah was born on June 7, 1946. He was a Member of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1977. As Chairman, District Council Faisalabad, he was a Member of Provincial Council of the Punjab during 1980-83. He again served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1988-90 (also functioned as Minister), 1990-93, 1993-96 and 2008-13. He has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the sixth term in general elections 2013. His son, Makhdoomzada Syed Hussain Raza Shah also remained Member of Punjab Assembly during 2002-07.
