SPECIAL COMMITTEE NO. 4
No.PAP/Legis-1(22)/2018/1945. In exercise of all powers enabling him in this behalf and pursuant to the mandate granted by the House during the sitting held on 27 February 2019, Mr Speaker has been pleased to constitute Special Committee No.4 in terms of rule 187 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, comprising the following to consider the issues raised in Adjournment Motion No.29/19 moved by Mr Muhammad Arshad Malik, MPA (PP-198) on 15.01.2019 and Adjournment Motion No.156/19 moved by Ms Zainab Umair, MPA (W-323):
1. Mr Muhammad Basharat Raja, Minister for Law & PA Convener
2. Makhdoom Hashim Jawan Bakht, Minister for Finance Member
3. Syed Yawar Abbas Bukhari, MPA (PP-1) Member
4. Raja Yawar Kamal Khan, MPA (PP-25) Member
5. Mr Sajid Ahmed Khan, MPA (PP-67) Member
6. Malik Nadeem Kamran, MPA (PP-167) Member
7. Mr Sami Ullah Khan, MPA (PP-144) Member
2. The Committee may co-opt any other hon’ble Member of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab.
3. The Committee shall submit its report within the period of one week.
