Pursuant to the provisions of clause (3) of Article 53, read with Article 127, of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan,Malik Zaheer Iqbal Channar, Deputy Speaker, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, shall act as Speaker, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, with immediate effect, till resumption of his office by Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan, Speaker, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab from visit abroad.
