Deputy Speaker to Act as Speaker

PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB

N O T I F I C A T I O N

17 July 2013

No.PAP/Legis-1(12)/2013/907.                 Pursuant to the provisions of clause (3) of Article 53 read with Article 127 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Sardar Sher Ali Gorchani, Deputy Speaker, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, shall act as Speaker, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, with immediate effect, vice Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, who has assumed office of the Acting Governor on 17 July 2013 (A.N.).
