SPECIAL COMMITTEE NO. 9
No.PAP/Legis-1(22)/2018/2195. In exercise of all powers enabling him in this behalf and pursuant to the mandate granted by the House during its sitting held on 23 December 2019, Mr Speaker has been pleased to constitute the following Special Committee No.9 in terms of rule 187 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997:
1. Nawab Zada Waseem Khan Badozai, MPA (PP-213) Convener
2. Mr Muhammad Abdullah Warraich, MPA (PP-29) Member
3. Mr Sajid Ahmed Khan, MPA (PP-67) Member
4. Mr Muhammad Raza Hussain Bukhari, MPA (PP-274) Member
5. Chaudhary Mazhar Iqbal, MPA (PP-243) Member
6. Mr Muzaffer Ali Sheikh, MPA (PP-70) Member
7. Syed Usman Mehmood, MPA (PP-264) Member
8. Ch Iftikhar Hussain Chhachhar, MPA (PP-185) Member/Mover
2. The Special Committee shall examine the issue raised in Question No.1537/19 moved by Ch Iftikhar Hussain Chhachhar, MPA (PP-185) regarding spread of dengue.
3. The Special Committee may co-opt any other Member of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab whom it may deem necessary for discharge of its functions.
4. The Assembly may refer any other matter to the Special Committee.
5. The Committee shall submit its report within a period of two months.
