N O T I F I C A T I O N

9 June 2010

No.PAP-Legis-1(80)/2010/213.                The following Orders, made by the Governor of the Punjab, are hereby published for general information:-

“O R D E R

I

      In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Article 109 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, I, Salmaan Taseer, Governor of the Punjab, hereby summon the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab to meet on Monday, 14 June 2010 at 3.00 pm in the Provincial Assembly Chambers Lahore.

      In exercise of the powers conferred on me under rule 134 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 I, Salmaan Taseer, Governor of the Punjab, hereby appoint Monday, 14 June 2010 for the presentation of the Annual Budget Statement (2010-2011) at the commencement of the sitting on that day.

      In exercise of the powers conferred on me under rule 147 read with rule 134 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 I, Salmaan Taseer, Governor of the Punjab, hereby appoint Monday, 14 June 2010 for the presentation of the Supplementary Budget Statement (2009-2010) at the commencement of the sitting on that day.
