PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB

N O T I F I C A T I O N

13 June 2008

No.PAP-Legis-1(36)/2008/1157.              The following Orders, made by the Governor of the Punjab, are hereby published for general information:-

“O R D E R

I

            In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Article 109 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, I, Salmaan Taseer, Governor of the Punjab, hereby summon the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab to meet on Monday, 16^th June, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Provincial Assembly Chambers, Lahore.

            In exercise of the powers conferred by rules 134 and 147 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1997, I, Salmaan Taseer, Governor of the Punjab, hereby appoint 11:00 a.m. on 16^th June, 2008 as time and date for the presentation of the Annual Budget for the year 2008-2009 and Supplementary Budget for the year 2007-2008.
