Mehr Khalid Mahmood Sargana son of Mehr Muhammad Fazil was born on January 1, 1968. He graduated in 1992 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. An agriculturist, who served as Councillor and Chairman, Municipal Committee, Jhang and as Nazim, Union Council, District Jhang. He was a Member of the Pakistan National Football team during 1986-87. He served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2002-07 and has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the second consecutive term in general elections 2008.
