Lt Col (Retd) Shujait Ahmad Khan son of Ch Ahmad Khan was born on April 20, 1947 at Narowal. He obtained the degree of B.Sc. in 1966 from Government Degree College, Sheikhupura. He was commissioned in Pakistan Army in 1969; and during his service in Pakistan Army, he remained in various command and staff appointments; and also served in Inter Services Intelligence and Rangers. He was a Member of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2002-07 and also functioned as Advisor to the Chief Minister, Punjab. He has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the second consecutive term in general elections 2008. He has travelled to China, UK and Dubai. His brother, Chaudhry Shafaat Ahmed Khan was MNA during 1985-88.
