Haji Zulfiqar Ali son of Mr Bashir Ahmed was born on December 4, 1966 at Bahawalpur. He graduated from Jam Shoro University, Hyderabad, Sindh. A businessman, who served as Councillor, Union Council Raman, Tehsil Bahawalpur during 1987-92 and as Nazim, Union Council No 8, Bahawalpur City during 2001-05. He has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2008. He has travelled to Saudi Arabia
