Malik Ahmad Karim Qaswar Langrial son of Malik Ghulam Ahmed Langrial was born on October 30, 1971 at Muzaffargarh. He graduated in law in 1991 from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. A businessman, who served as Nazim, Union Council District Muzaffargarh during 2001-02; and as Member Public Safety Commission, District Muzaffargarh. He served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2002-07 and 2008-13 and functioned as Parliamentary Secretary for CMIT and Implementation & Coordination during 2003-07 and as Parliamentary Secretary for Livestock & Dairy Development during 2008-13. He was elected as Member, Punjab Assembly for the third consecutive term in general elections 2013 and is serving as Parliamentary Secretary for Planning & Development.
