Mrs Najma Begum wife of Mr Arshad Habib was born on February 4, 1967 at Dera Ghazi Khan. She graduated in 2014 from Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad. A teacher, who remained Councillor, Union Council No.7; and has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2013 against one of the seats reserved for women. She has served as Member, Bait-ul-Maal District Committee; and as Joint Secretary, Jahaiz Committee Auqaf Department during 2010-13. She is a Member of Standing Committee on Literacy & Non Formal Basic Education and Member of Women Parliamentary Caucus Dera Ghazi Khan Division. She has been serving since 2014 as General Secretary, Jahaiz Committee Auqaf Department, Dera Ghazi Khan.
