Mr Arshad Mehmood Baggu son of Mr Ahmed Din was born on March 16, 1958 at Sialkot. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 1985 from Islamia Law College, Karachi. A practising lawyer, who served as Councillor during 1991; was elected Secretary, District Bar Association, Sialkot in 1996 and President District Bar Association, Sialkot in 2001. He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002.
