Raja Rashid Hafeez son of Raja Fida Hussain Hafeez, was born on October 24, 1976 at Rawalpindi; and graduated in 1996 from Government College Asghar Mall, Rawalpindi. A businessman, who has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002 and is functioning as Parliamentary Secretary for Local Government & Rural Development since August 5, 2003.
