Questions relating to Livestock and Dairy Development Department were asked and Minister for Livestock and Dairy Development Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channer (given additional charge) answered the questions.
Privilege Motions:-
Three Privilege motions were taken up. The motion moved by Mrs. Deeba Mirza regarding no arrest of dacoits looted her house at Sabzazar was disposed of. Other motion moved by Sardar Khalid Saleem Bhatti regarding misbehavior of Additional Inspector General Fiaz Mir was kept pending till next session. The motion moved by Mrs. Nighat Nasir Sheikh regarding misconduct of SHO Ishfaq Butt Race Course was kept pending till next session. The motions were answered by Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Rana Sanna Ullah Khan.
Adjournment Motions:-
Five Adjournment Motions were taken up. Two adjournment motions of Malik Muhammad Waris Kallu regarding tax system in agriculture sector, motion regarding non-payments of sugarcane to the farmers by mill owners, answered by Minister for Food Malik Nadeem Kamran, motion moved by Pervaiz Rafique regarding ban on entery of non-Muslims into the vocational institutes, motion moved by Mr. Khlaid Javed Asghar Ghural regarding former MNA Ghuzanfar Gill interfering into the government business, motion moved by Ch. Ehsan-ul-Haq Ahsan Nolatia regarding three Deputy Tehsildars and three Kanoongos posted at Kot Adu Muzzafarghar of same District against the government policy were kept pending till next session. These motions were answered by Minister for Law Rana Sana Ullah Khan.

Two resolutions moved by Ms Sajida Mir about killing of Kashmiri Leader Sheikh Abdul Aziz and 23 others by the Indian army and the killings of innocent people in Dera Ismail Khan in a suicide bombing were unanimously passed by the House. The resolution moved by Ms Sajida Mir regarding

"پنجاب اسمبلی کا یہ ایوان اس امر کی تشویش کا اظہار کرتا ہے کہ صوبہ سرحد کے ضلعی ہیڈکوارٹر ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان میں 19اگست2008 کو ایک شخص پر حملہ کر کے اسے ہلاک کر دیا گیا اور جب اس کا جسدِخاکی ہسپتال پہنچایا گیا تو وہاں سینکڑوں لوگ جمع تھے۔ اسی دوران کسی اذیت پسند اور دہشت گرد نے بم سے خود کش حملہ کر دیا۔ جس کے نتیجے میں 30سے زائد بے گناہ اور معصوم شہری جاں بحق ہوگئے۔ جاں بحق ہونے والوں میں14افراد ایک ہی خاندان کے تھے۔ اس کے علاوہ ان میں 5 پولیس اہل کار بھی جاں بحق ہوئے۔ پنجاب اسمبلی کا یہ اجلاس اس خود کش حملے کی پرزور الفاظ میں مذمت کرتا ہے۔ پنجاب اسمبلی کے تمام ارکان جاں بحق ہونے والے بے گناہ اور معصوم افراد کے خاندانوں کے غم میں برابر کے شریک ہیں اور اللہ تعالیٰ سے مرحومین کی مغفرت کی دعا کرتے ہیں۔ پنجاب اسمبلی کا یہ اجلاس سرحد کی حکومت سے بھی اس ہولناک واقعہ پر اظہار تعزیت کرتا ہے۔ یہ اجلاس دعاگو ہے کہ پروردگار اس قسم کے انسان کشُ واقعات میں ملوث افراد کو ہدایت دے اور پاکستان اور اس کے تمام شہریوں کو یہ ہمت اور جرات عطا فرمائے کہ وہ ان ملک دشمن عناصر کا قلع قمع کر سکیں۔"
