Summoning Order

PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB

N O T I F I C A T I O N

No.PAP-Legis-1(49)/2008/1179.             The following Order, made by the Governor of the Punjab, is hereby published for general information:-

“O R D E R

            In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Article 109 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, I, Salmaan Taseer, Governor of the Punjab, hereby summon the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab to meet on Friday, 5^th September, 2008 at 09.00 a.m. in the Provincial Assembly Chambers, Lahore and the session shall stand prorogued on the conclusion of the sitting of the Assembly on that day.
